Yanick Vilain

"Dear Cocoa Adventist Christian School Families,

Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

It is with great joy and gratitude that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Cocoa Adventist Christian School. I am truly honored that God has led me to this wonderful school community, and I look forward to partnering with you as we work together to provide an exceptional Christ-centered education for every child.

My name is Yanick Vilain, and I have been blessed to serve in Christian education for many years as both a teacher and principal. Throughout my career, my passion has been to help students grow academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally while developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I firmly believe that every child is uniquely created by God and has the potential to become a compassionate leader, lifelong learner, and faithful disciple of Christ.

At Cocoa Adventist Christian School, we are committed to preparing students not only for academic success but also for a life of purpose and service. Our mission is to Glorify God, Invest in others and the community, Value tithing and generosity, and Equip ourselves for Jesus' soon return—our G.I.V.E. philosophy. These principles will guide everything we do as we strive to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.

As we begin this new school year together, I invite you to become an active partner in your child's education. When families, teachers, and the church work together, students flourish. I encourage you to participate in school events, volunteer when possible, support our programs, and communicate openly with our faculty and staff. Together, we can make this a remarkable year of learning, spiritual growth, and achievement.

I also ask for your prayers as we embark on this exciting journey. My prayer is that God will continue to bless Cocoa Adventist Christian School, strengthen our school family, and use us to positively impact our community for His glory.

I look forward to meeting each of you and getting to know your children. Thank you for welcoming me into the Cocoa Adventist Christian School family. May God richly bless you and your family as we prepare for an outstanding school year together.

Proud to be Christian, American, and servants of God

Your child will have fun learning here!
